Last Wednesday I was shooting with Vanessa Tait. We did a test shoot in November so it was great to catch up again. I wanted to try out a few new modifiers and practise some skin retouching techniques, and Vanessa – as ever – was a fabulous model. We did the shoot at my house and I was mostly using a ringflash or beauty dish as the key light for these final images.

Here’s another shoot from last month which I’m only just getting round to blogging! Joe Erber is a jazz/pop keys player who got in touch with me about shooting some promo images for his CV and website. We took these photos in my home studio, and I switched between using some strip lights and a ringflash for most of the session 🙂

Yesterday I was in a studio in Putney with Cage The Gods for their industry showcase day. The guys were playing to some PR and record label people, and they wanted a few candid shots during the set up and rehearsal.
